I am delighted to serve as Chief Executive of Victorious Academies Trust. Our Trust is passionately committed to securing the very best outcomes for all our pupils. We are an inclusive organisation that values every child for who they are, recognising and celebrating the full range of qualities in the young people we serve. We take pride in their diverse achievements — not only in academic attainment, but also in personal development, sport, the arts, creativity and wider enrichment. We are committed to supporting the whole child so that every pupil leaves our primary schools with confidence, character and a strong sense of self, fully prepared to stand shoulder to shoulder with their peers as they move into secondary education, adulthood and beyond.

I greatly value the incredible work of all the staff across our Victorious family. Their unrelenting aspiration for our children is both inspirational and enabling, resulting in remarkable personal gains for our pupils. Professional development sits at the heart of our Trust, and all staff — whatever their role — are encouraged and supported to continually develop their expertise.

We have a strong track record of promotion and progression within our Trust, something of which I am particularly proud. We also ensure that every member of staff receives comprehensive safeguarding and other essential statutory training, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to keep our pupils safe and well supported at all times.

Each of our schools is unique. I embrace their individual characters and strengths. As Chief Executive, I am committed to encouraging autonomy within our settings, with the expectation that high standards are achieved through the most effective approaches for each school. Collaboration across our Trust remains strong at all levels, providing opportunities for pupils, staff, leaders and governors to learn, grow and succeed together.
