Our schools work closely together, fostering a culture of shared expertise that has led to improved teaching practice and enhanced pupil outcomes. Staff across our Trust actively support one another, developing their confidence and professional knowledge, which in turn strengthens the quality of education we provide for all pupils.
This collaborative ethos is embedded from the outset of each academic year, beginning with our annual Trust Whole Staff Inset Day. All staff come together to hear from our CEO and keynote speakers, setting the tone for a unified and purposeful year ahead.

Throughout the year, regular meetings take place across all operational areas and staff roles. Cluster meetings are scheduled for groups such as Headteachers, Office Managers, Site Managers, and Subject Leaders. These forums provide both formal and informal opportunities for communication, enabling staff to connect with peers in similar roles—particularly valuable in smaller schools where roles may be held by just one or two individuals.
This two-tiered approach to collaboration—within and across schools—enhances staff wellbeing and emotional support, while also deepening professional expertise.
Beyond our Trust, we actively engage with local primary and secondary schools to build relationships and understand community needs. Our schools maintain strong links with local authority teams, including admissions, safeguarding, and health and safety. Trust leaders contribute to the wider education system through training, peer-to-peer support, network partnerships, and the sharing of best practice.
