Our Trust

Founded in January 2018, our Trust is a vibrant and growing family of schools based in the North West of England, currently spanning Tameside and Derbyshire. As a medium-sized multi academy trust, we are proud to work in partnership with 14 schools — 13 fully converted academies and one associate school currently in the process of converting

All of our schools are united by a shared vision and a set of core values that shape everything we do. Our established East Manchester Hub brings together all 14 schools in a strong, collaborative community.

Building on the success and experience of this hub, we are excited to be working with additional schools in adjacent local authorities to develop additional hubs, further extending the benefits of our Central Team services, which we have carefully grown since our formation in 2018.

We believe in creating pathways for all — ensuring that every learner can thrive, achieve, and be inspired. Our vision focuses equally on personal growth, academic progress, character development, and preparation for employment. Lifelong learning, professional development, and meaningful community engagement are at the heart of our work.

By removing barriers to achievement and setting learning within the context of each individual’s future aspirations, we aim to empower every child, young person, and adult to fulfil their potential — today and in the future.

The Trust helps our school maintain high standards while at the same time putting a real emphasis on staff wellbeing.

There is a real sense that the Trust has been set up to achieve the best possible outcome for every single child and every decision is made with that in mind, nothing is imposed for the sake of it. The schools all have their own unique characteristics, and these differences are encouraged and celebrated. Joining the Trust has been and continues to be a very positive experience for our school.

I know I have improved as a teacher thanks to the support and care from my school SLT and a wide range of CPD opportunities.

Starting as a Midday Assistant and progressing to my current role as TA3, my school and Victorious Academies Trust have supported me throughout my journey and provided me with the opportunities to progress.

Being part of the Trust gives is the opportunity to share ideas, offer support and advice between all of our schools within the Trust and ultimately makes us stronger and the best that we can be.

For me, being part of Victorious Trust means my school and I benefit from valuable collaboration with other colleagues from a diverse range of settings. All schools have a shared passion to develop the five key values of the Trust and hold these at the heart of everything they do.

I always feel valued, appreciated and trusted as a teacher and am supported wherever needed. I love the ethos of the Trust, with the children being at the heart of everything, and I am so proud of the experiences we are able give to the children within our school family.
