  • Our Trustees are looking to appoint an Educational Psychologist to work within our Trust Central Team, to provide a bespoke in-house service to all of our Trust schools. The post holder will work closely with the Core and Central Teams along with Headteachers / Principals and other Trust staff.
    To start: Autumn Term
    This role is permanent, full time 36 hours per week, Term Time Only Plus 4 Weeks. Applications are welcome from candidates who would like a different work pattern, part time applications are welcome.
    Actual Salary: £45,755-£48,626 (TMBC Grade J – J+, Points 40-43)

    The post is required to enable all children and young people to thrive within our Trust through the development of inclusive practices which will be achieved through working directly with children and young people and their families and through the support and development of our colleagues to be able to deliver appropriate universal and targeted support within our academies.
    With the support of the Trust Core and Central Teams to develop and deliver a quality and highly regarded educational psychology service to a range of customers through, as appropriate:
    • Provision of consultation and advice to schools
    • Application of solution-orientated approaches
    • Multi-disciplinary liaison and collaboration
    • Direct casework including psychological assessment and intervention
    • Action-based research, as appropriate
    • Professional development and training
    • Contributions to Trust policy and planning
