This partnership strengthens our collective ambition to equip every young person with the confidence, character and skills they need to succeed throughout their education and beyond.

Headteacher Michelle Smart: ‘A Shared Vision for the Future’

Adswood Primary Headteacher, Michelle Smart, expressed her pride and excitement as the school officially joined Victorious Academies Trust:

“Adswood is a warm, nurturing and ambitious school and being part of a Trust that shares our values will open up fantastic opportunities for our children, staff and community. We have been collaborating with Victorious schools for around 18 months now, and the support, shared expertise and genuine sense of partnership have already made a real difference. We look forward to taking this journey forward together and building on everything that already makes Adswood a place where every child can flourish.”

CEO Karen Burns: ‘A Partnership Built on Shared Values’

Our CEO, Karen Burns, welcomed Adswood Primary with pride:

“Adswood Primary embodies everything we believe in—care, ambition, resilience and a relentless focus on children. We are thrilled to welcome them into Victorious Academies Trust and excited for the role they will play in shaping a new education hub in Stockport.”

A Collaborative Future for Stockport

This partnership will deepen our shared commitment to children and ensure that pupils across our East Manchester Hub of schools (Tameside and Glossop) and our new Stockport Hub continue to access rich, high‑quality educational opportunities.

As the first school in our developing Stockport Hub, Adswood Primary will help to build a strong network of collaboration, shared learning and partnership across the region. This work reflects our long‑term commitment to working alongside existing local provision, supporting the borough’s aspirations for its children and helping to create opportunities that enrich the lives of pupils, families and communities.
